Watch the New Video from Cold War Kids, Filmed Entirely at Pabst Theater

Cold War Kids have shared a brand new video for their song “Harold Bloom” from their latest album, Hold My Home, the group’s best effort since their début Robbers & Cowards.

The song was named after American literary critic Harold Bloom, and lead singer Nathan Willett mentions him in the song, singing: “Can you be wise, if you never leave the room? / There will always be another Harold Bloom, Harold Bloom / to criticize your every move”

The video features only Willett, solemnly singing while sitting in an empty theater. That theater holds a very special place to us here at N&T: the video was filmed entirely from Milwaukee’s picturesque Pabst Theater, assumingly shot the day of their show at the venue on February 1.

Hold My Home is available now via Downtown Records.
